QCameraInfo::availableCameras() is not updated if a camera is disconnected or when a new camera is connected

The static function QCameraInfo::availableCameras() doesn't seem to return the real list of available camera devices, since if the user connects or disconnects a camera after the application has been restarted, it always returns the same list of camera info elements. It seems this information is being cached at the first call and then no longer updated for some reason.
