Windows: QSplitter crashes if it is parent of native filedialog

    Description

      Run test application from QTBUG-40132.zip and click launched widget. That should open native file dialog. But crash happens.

      ASSERT: "!m_thread" in file qwindowsdialoghelpers.cpp, line 622

      Fix QTBUG-40132_fix.diff provided from customer.
