QTextCodec::codecForHtml detects only on the first 512 bytes

      QTextCodec::codecForHtml tries charset detection only in the first 512 bytes of the document, but the current HTML5 specification allows charset meta headers in the first 1024 bytes: http://www.w3.org/TR/2012/CR-html5-20121217/document-metadata.html#charset
