QtSvg does not fully support Paint Attribute features

    Description

      The documentation for QtSvg says:

      "Qt supports the static features of SVG 1.2 Tiny."

      However, the Paint Attribute module is part of the static features, but QtSvg does not handle color-rendering, shape-rendering, text-rendering or image-rendering properties.
