RGB / BGR colour swap when playing video via QGraphicsVideoItem on Windows 7

When playing video (MPEG4) through the QGraphicsVideoItem graphics item in a graphics view/scene using the QMediaPlayer it appears that the R and B colour components are swapped RGB / BGR. e.g. peoples faces appear blue.

NOTE: Regression this did not occur in QT 5.3
