WINRT_MANIFEST = winphone/AppxManifest.xml will not enclose all the string with quote

      A ready-made AppxManifest.xml are put under $PWD/winphone folder. I wrote

      winphone {
    WINRT_MANIFEST = winphone/AppxManifest.xml
}

      in my pro file, but it is failed to deploy. The output AppxManifest.xml is different from the source XML. All the strings are not enclosed with double quotes.
