I am using QAudioDecoder to decode a 7-second .mp3 file or a 3-second WAVE file on Windows 8.1. The documentation for QAudioBuffer says that the startTime() member function returns the start time for the buffer in microseconds. It is evident that the numbers I'm getting are in milliseconds.
So either the documentation needs to be changed, or the code.
