makeqpf catches assertation when trying to render fonts

    Description

      This is reproducible at least on Ubuntu 13.04 with DejaVu Sans font.

      1. run makeqpf (with debug build of Qt)
      2. press Generate Pre-Rendered Fonts

      ASSERT: "glyphs->numGlyphs >= *nglyphs" in file .../qtbase/src/gui/text/qfontengine_ft.cpp, line 1490

      numGlyphs is modified in the end of the same function (called in a loop).
