    Description

      Wrong parameters order in line:
      QOpenGLConfig::Gpu qgpu = QOpenGLConfig::Gpu::fromDevice(gpu.deviceId, gpu.vendorId, gpu.driverVersion);
      See qwindowsopengltester.cpp file.

      As the result graphics card black list doesn't not apply.
