Windows: Create new folder in open file dialog (widgets-based) fails with UAC protected folder

In the open file dialog, user can create new folder. When trying to create a folder in a UAC protected directory, it fails with no error message. In the regular windows explorer, creating a new folder in a directory protected by UAC, there is a UAC shield in the New -> Folder.

either the qfile dialog shoud grey out folders it does not have permissions on, like in ubuntu, or bring up UAC credentials dialog
