    Description

Using Drag Up/Down actions on Qt based applications, makes them crash.

Even Qt Creator is affected by this bug!

Workaround: go to Control Panel -> Pen and Touch -> Flicks and uncheck "Use flicks to perform common actions quickly and easily"

      EDIT ONE
      HOW TO REPRODUCE THE BUG

      Use Windows 8.1 x64 with a touchscreen.
Open Qt Creator 3.4.2 (or an other Qt-based application) and with a pen or your finger drag vertically (upwards or downwards), fast and for a small amount of space, on the area of Qt Creator application until you trigger the "Drag Up" or "Drag Down" flick actions. When one of those two actions is triggered, the Qt-based application will crash. Note that you have to be sure Flicks are enabled in order for the "Drag Up" and "Drag Down" actions to trigger (see "Workaround" above, and do the opposite to enable Flicks).
