QNX: Use ::forkfd, remove QPROCESS_USE_SPAWN

      Support for QNX 6.5 is dropped in Qt 5.6. QNX 6.6 supports ::fork just fine, so we should be able to remove the QPROCESS_USE_SPAWN code paths in qtbase/src/corelib/io.
