WinRT: Cursor offset for popups

    Description

      Opening a popup in a Combobox or menu bar Shows up nicely with the latest changes.

      However, the Cursor positioning is completely broken, there seems to be an Offset calculation going wrong.

      Environment is Windows 10 Desktop
