QToolButton shows its menu when clicked quickly

    Description

      When a menu is assigned to QToolButton then it is normally shown after "long" click on the button (i.e. after holding mouse button over for 1-2 seconds).

      Hovewer, if a user rapidly clicks several times on such a button, the menu will be sometimes shown anyway.
