winrt: can not run app if launching from file association

I think it's able to use file association in Qt5.6 because I see an event is posted in "OnActivated()" in qtmain_winrt.cpp. I added some lines in appx manifest as introduced here https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us//library/windows/apps/xaml/hh779669 Then I opened a file with my app, it freezed at splash window. Using process hacker2 I find that qwinrt.dll is not loaded.
