Windows: Missing expose event when window size is reduced

    Description

      The expose event is not delivered to QWindow on Windows when window size is reduced vertically or horizontally. This causes that QWindow::paintEvent(QPaintEvent *) or QOpenGLWindow::paintGL() is not emitted in this case.
