Windows + Fusion Style, icons are cut off in widgets-based QFileDialog or item view on QFileSystemModel

      If fusion style is used and QFileDialog is set to use non native then icons are cut off.

      To reproduce, Run Qt's standard dialog example and choose "do not use native dialog" icons of files looks chopped off.
      Also visible in examples widgets/itemviews/dirview or interviews (not related to filesystem icons) example.
