Qt 5.6 Windows regression - wheel scroll direction is now the opposite of most Windows programs when setting the scroll lines to "One Screen"

    Description

      Regression in version 5.6 (at least on Windows) :
      The scrollbar wheel direction has been inverted from version 5.5.

      This was noted for QScrollBar and in Qt Creator property lists.
