Showing hidden QML windows does not work

Details

    Description

      1) Declare a Window within a Window
      2) Set the "inner" windows to visible: false
      3) In Component.onCompleteted, call show() on the inner window
      4) the inner window is not shown in Qt 5.4.2, Qt 5.5.1 and Qt 5.7 (as of 2016-04-13)
      5) the inner window IS SHOWN in Qt 5.2.1
