Qt::AA_SynthesizeMouseForUnhandledTouchEvents is not working

Mouse events are generated as
Qt::MouseEventSource(MouseEventSynthesizedByQt)
From touches even with
app.setAttribute(Qt::AA_SynthesizeMouseForUnhandledTouchEvents, false);
