Description
Since VS2015, Visual Studio has allowed us to set the target SDK via TargetPlatformVersion. However this can not be set from qmake, and as far as I can see VS always defaults to Windows 8 as the target SDK. Currently we have to have a post-qmake-processor that sets the Target Platform Version to the correct SDK.
