[OCI] Using QSqlQuery::execBatch() to call an Oracle stored procedure with an OUT array doesn't work

Using QSqlQuery::execBatch() to call an Oracle stored procedure with an OUT array doesn't work, depending on the output type the error may look like the following:

QOCIPrivate::execBatch: unable to execute batch statement: ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: host bind array too small
ORA-06512: at line 1
