Enable LayoutMirroring on Window

Window type is not an Item, and therefore LayoutMirroring can't be enabled on it.
That requires to set the two attributes (enabled and childrenInherit) to the header, footer and each item in the content.
This shouldn't be the case as all of them should be mirrored by a single attribute as in Qt Widgets.
