Windows: Application does not quit if tooltip was visible when last window was closed

    Description

      Can be reproduced with for example "Qt Quick Controls - Text Editor Example".

      • Hover over any of the buttons so that tooltip is shown
      • Press ALT+F4

      Tooltip is left visible and application will never exit even through the tooltip eventually disappears after hovering mouse over it.
