Probably unstable OpenGL with Mobile Intel(R) 45 Express

      There seems to be crashes related to shader effects in QtQuck. Unfortunately I don't know actual PCI-IDs of these, but probably all GPU from this batch could be blacklisted. Driver version where the crash occurs is:
      8.15.10.1749
