[REG: 5.6.1->5.6.2]: PDB files are not built for ActiveQt modules

In Qt 5.6.2 the pdb files for ActiveQt are no longer build.

The makefile generated has changed a bit in this regard between these versions, for example:
5.6.1: /FdC:\qt\qt5.6.1test\qtbase\lib\Qt5AxBased.pdb
5.6.2: /Fd.obj\debug\Qt5AxBased.vc.pdb

The make install does not copy this .vc.pdb file over to install directory, and the 5.6.2 prebuilt binaries do not contain the pdb files anymore.
