TrafficLight example doesn't resize properly

Resizing the window leaves a black region where the content should resize to. The background image could instead be an SVG, or rendered with Canvas, for example.

I suppose that resizing could also just be disabled:

maximumWidth: image.implicitWidth
// etc.
