qt5_wrap_ui() and qt5_add_resources() should set SKIP_AUTOMOC properties

The upcoming CMake 3.10 can generate warnings if projects combine AUTOMOC with qt5_wrap_ui().

The suggestion is that the qt5_wrap_ui() and qt5_add_resources() CMake functions provided by Qt be modified to set the SKIP_AUTOMOC property on the generated files.
