'btchat' fails to run on Windows 10 (msvc)

An error (see below and attached), when testing the beta3 (testclient) on Windows 10 (msvc 2015 (x86 and x64), msvc2017 (x64)).

This can be reproduced on both enterprise and opensource installers.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download online Qt5.10.0 beta3 testclient
2. Do 'deselect all' and install 5.10.0 beta3 and the add-ons
3. Launch Qt Creator (4.4.1 used when reproducing this fail)
4. Build and run 'btchat' example
 
Expected result:
The example runs without problems.
Actual result:
The example fails to run.
