OpenGL ES 3.x is not supported by QNX QPA

    Description

      Screen is initialized with SCREEN_USAGE_OPENGL_ES2 . For ES3 it should be initialized with SCREEN_USAGE_OPENGL_ES3 .

      Additionally Surface format seems always return the default 2.0. Maybe it should be configurable or autodetect from EGL which version is supported. This perhaps is separate suggestion.

      The fix should preferably be done in Qt 5.9 LTS and merged up to later Qt releases.
