Mention support for 64bit ARM and x64 for QNX 7 in Qt 5.9 documentation

      Qt 5.9 supports QNX 7 also with 64 bit ARM and x64 instruction set. When support for QNX 7 was added to documentation, only 32 bit was listed probably as QNX 6.6 only supports 32 bit. Support for 64 bit ARM as well as x64 has been verified to work with Qt 5.9 LTS. Documentation should be updated to reflect this (http://doc.qt.io/qt-5/supported-platforms.html).
