MDI child window title does not properly scale with high dpi

    Description

      When having a floating MDI child window, the title bar does not properly scale with high dpi. The title bar's buttons get cut off and the render area does not look like it fits well. See attachment for a screenshot.

      This issue is reproducible with Qt example "MDI Example".
