      When having multiple Actions with same icon set, first Action's image is drawn as a black box in Quick Controls 2.

      Steps to reproduce:

      • Run attached sample
      • EXPECTED: 2 toolbuttons with same icon are shown
      • ACTUAL: First toolbutton has black box instead of the icon
