[Windows]: When requesting a 30bit based format when the card and display supports it, it ends up with a 24bit one

    Description

      When creating a QSurfaceFormat that has 10 set for the blue, red and green buffer sizes (and alpha at 0) then it should return this as valid when there is support for this setup on the system. This used to work in Qt 4.8, but currently does not work in Qt 5.
