setCursor(QPixmap) crashes xcb with VNC

      QPixmap crashes it, but QBitmap does not.  Run the attached program from Ubuntu 16 (or 14) virtual machine with a VNC session.  I used vncserver and RealVNC Viewer on macos. It crashes regardless of VNC bit depth (16 or 24).  Before the crash, this prints

      qt_xcb_createCursorXRender: query_pict_formats failed
