Position of item changing abruptly in case of ParentChange

There seems some problem when an item's parent is changed and parent is rotated, Item's position is changing abruptly. 

Steps to reproduce:

1. Execute the attached project
2. click multiple times.

Expected result:

                Position for Yellow rectangle should not change. 

Actual Result:

                  Yellow rectangle's position getting changed. 

If the parent is not rotated, it works fine.
