    Description

https://doc.qt.io/qt-5/qtqml-cppintegration-data.html#qtime-to-javascript-date reads "Specifically, the year (and month and day) are set to zero." which is not true anymore since commit 2b8b7a162be52f8cd6c2bc39f498a1ddfb59dd68 in qtdeclarative.

      https://code.qt.io/cgit/qt/qtdeclarative.git/commit/?id=2b8b7a162be52f8cd6c2bc39f498a1ddfb59dd68

From the api doc part: "
We need a date for which time-zone data is likely to be sane (so MakeDay(0, 0, 0) was a bad choice"
