Make the Wayland window decorations styleable

    Description

      There are lots of complaints about the looks of Qt window decorations in bug reports and comment sections. partly because they're ugly, but also because people want to be able to configure the style.

      We should see if we can hook into other styling infrastructure in Qt to make the contrast less jarring.
