SetMinimumSize for QChartView not working as expected

Setting MinimumSize to QChartView is not respected. Like we can shrink it further even after it. 

Steps to reproduce:

1. Execute the attached project. 
2. Decrease the height of Chart Window. 

Expected result:

Chart should not shrink beyond minimumsize.

Actual Result:
chart information got ellipsis (...)  in the category axes.
