RTL mirroring shouldn't be applied to the layout

    Description

      When the InputPanel QML item is in a RTL-enabled layout, the whole keyboard layout get mirrored. This is wrong as hardware keyboards are not mirrored in real life

      Attached an example from KDE Plasma.
