QWheelEvent returns incorrect mouse position

    Description

      Upon scrolling on a widget QWheelEvent:pos() as well as QWheelEvent::localPos() return screen coordinates instead of the position relative to the widget . The issue can be observed on 4K screens with touch input support. This is a regression from Qt 5.9.6 where this was not present.
