    Description

The link at http://doc.qt.io/qt-5/qlineedit.html#inputRejected does not indicate that the signal is available from 5.12 on forward.

I have an old documentation open for 5.11 and the signal is not present there. Or at least mentioning that it is not possible to catch this in the user code for the version prior to 5.12.

It would be nice if the documentation will mention on how to do this on the version < 5.12.

I found this trying to compile my program with Qt 5.7 on Linux and receiving the error that the signal is not available.
