Description
Currently when creating the Tools Targets.cmake files we use qt_internal_export_modern_cmake_config_targets_file() but that creates versionless targets for libraries with add_libraries, whereas it should distinguish executables (moc, uic, etc).
They should also be included included in the ModuleToolConfig.cmake file, like with regular ModuleConfig.cmake files.
