[REG 5.12 -> 5.13] qdoc: No href attribute for example pages in .index files

    Description

      The index files that QDoc in 5.13 generates no longer have the 'href' attribute for example nodes.

      This results in QDoc constructing the link to an example based on the project name, which leads to incorrect URLs in some cases.
