Revamp Supported Platforms documentation

      • Drop the detailed configuration details (operating system/compiler versions) from the list of platforms. Instead, simplify the platform information by listing a minimum supported version only.
      • For reference configurations, link to the qt5 repository (for the correct branch) where the configurations live (as provisioning scripts), and mention that the reference configurations are subject to change during the end-of-support lifetime of a Qt release.
      • Clarify the concept of platforms supported by the Qt Company and platforms supported by Qt as a community.
      • (Related) Discuss the concept of provisioning in the context of platform requirements for building Qt from sources, or link to Wiki if a suitable page exists.
