QTabWidget: Setting a minimum vertical size policy does not work correctly when the widget is in a QTabWidget.

      Using the Attached example.

      In the Utilities tab the vertical size policy for the comboBox and the lineEdit in the "Activate HASP SL license" GroupBox is set to Minimum.
      But when the dialog is resized to a minimum this size policy is not hold and the widgets are smaller then the sizeHint, see screen shot.
