All subwindows are always active in MDI application

This is regression from Qt5.10.1 to 5.11.0. If you open Qt's Mdi application example and create couple of sub windows, all subwindow looks active, i.e. close/,minimize (traffic light) are always same color. In Earlier version of Qt it ws grayed out for in active subwindow.
