Description
When I set the digit grouping separator to "none" in the OS, Qt.locale().groupSeparator reports "," instead. This happens even when decimalPoint ist set to "," resulting in the forbidden constellation groupSeparator === decimalPoint.
I don't see why groupSeparator should silently default to Anglo usage when I've explicitly set it to "none". At a minimum, it needs to check that it doesn't default to the character that is used as decimalPoint.
