      Hi,
When Main Window has three docks in K3b-like layout (see screenshots in attachment), the bottom dock is constantly resetting its size to default one. The reset occurs when main window is being resized. It's also triggered by other events - in K3b it occurs when icon is set to QLabel residing in status bar.
The bug has been discovered in K3b after upgrade from Qt 4.5.x to 4.6 (see here: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=219741). This is not critical but rather annoying behavior for our users.

I have prepared a minimal example. How to repeat:
      1. Compile & run layout_test program
      2. Resize "Bottom" dock
      3. Resize main window in horizontal direction - you will see the dock snapped back to default size
