Conflicting files installed with qtbase and qtools

Both qtbase and qttools try to install cmake files into the same location in {CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX}/lib/cmake/Qt6Tools/Qt6ToolsConfig.cmake

qtbase generates it from QtToolsConfig.cmake.in and qttools generates it from QtModuleConfig.cmake.in
